Teeth rattle around in an aluminium can

Pulled from a shattered jaw

Thick black liquid occupies the cylinder

The teeth jingle for a moment

Washed through a river of melody

And the tar is drained

Down into an empty throat

Time softens

And the can is thrown away into hardened dirt

Forever
